Muscles around the airways sometimes constrict at the time of night. It causes nocturnal asthma attacks. Breathing difficulties make the person difficult to sleep. Use of steroids and breathing medication also causes a problem in sleeping.
7.Mental health disorders
Anxiety is characterized by uneasiness, apprehension, nagging feeling and so on. These feelings cause trouble in sleeping. Even after getting sleep, the person does not feel rested.
